What is the typical rental period for a DG set?
Power Solutions rents DG sets on monthly billing. Long-term deployments typically run on 12-month terms with a lock-in and one month’s notice, while short-term hire for events, shutdowns or commissioning is available subject to fleet availability. A refundable security deposit of two months’ rent is standard.

Yes. As an Associate Dealer of Cummins Powerica, Power Solutions supplies the Cummins range from 15 to 2750 kVA — CPCB IV+ certified up to 750 kVA, the standard for new diesel gensets in India since July 2023, with larger sets under the separate MoEFCC regime — and advises existing DG owners on RECD retrofit obligations.
How fast is your breakdown response?
Breakdown response on live rental and AMC contracts is typically 4–6 hours, backed by a zone-wise escalation matrix that ends at the director. On newer rental work orders, if downtime exceeds 24 hours Power Solutions places a standby DG set on site.
What types of AMC do you offer?
Both comprehensive and non-comprehensive annual maintenance contracts, on a multi-brand basis — Cummins, Kirloskar, Perkins, MTU and others. Contracts specify visit frequency, scheduled B-checks every 250–300 running hours, and a 95% uptime guarantee subject to load and power-factor conditions.
