The brief
Two bottling plants, two 1500 kVA installations. At Jabalpur, the new set had to synchronise with the plant’s existing 1250 and 500 kVA units — three generators of different vintages sharing one bus. At Bilaspur, full turnkey scope including a 30-metre exhaust structure.
What made it hard
- Cross-vintage synchronisation: a new 1500 kVA set paralleled with existing 1250 and 500 kVA units at Jabalpur
- Production-line economics — installation sequenced around a running bottling operation
- 30-metre exhaust structure at Bilaspur, statutory height for the rating
What we did
- 11 × 1500 kVA set at Jabalpur with synchronising panel, paralleled to existing sets
- 21 × 1500 kVA turnkey installation at Bilaspur with 30 m exhaust structure
- 3Commissioning and load testing on both sites
