Frequently asked questions
Do you supply UPS systems or only service them?
Both. Power Solutions supplies UPS systems, installs them, and integrates them with DG and mains infrastructure — and as an Authorised Service Provider for Vertiv Energy India, services multi-brand power equipment Pan-India under contract.
What LT panel work do you do?
Supply, installation and integration of LT electrical panels around DG infrastructure: AMF panels, auto/manual changeover switches, synchronising and PCC panels with Woodward or equivalent controllers, and panel shifting or modification during site changes.
Why should the DG vendor also handle the UPS and panels?
Because the failure you care about is the changeover, not any single machine. One vendor owning genset, UPS and panel integration means the AMF logic, breaker coordination and load steps are engineered — and tested — as one system, with one throat to choke when something trips.
Can you integrate a new UPS or panel with existing equipment?
Yes — integration with existing sets and switchgear of any brand is routine, up to and including synchronising new gensets with existing installations, as done with a 1010 kVA Cummins synchronised to existing CAT sets at a food plant.
Do you provide AMCs for UPS systems?
Yes — UPS AMCs on comprehensive or non-comprehensive structures, standalone or bundled with the DG AMC so one contract covers the whole power chain, including batteries.
