In plain English: this website exists to explain what Power Solutions does and to let you send us an enquiry. None of the commercial content on it — specifications, rates, service standards, availability — is a contract; those become binding only when they appear in a signed quotation or work order. Use the site fairly, don’t abuse the forms, and know that other companies’ trademarks shown here belong to those companies. The sections below say the same thing more carefully.
Who we are
powersolutions.net.in is the website of Power Solutions, a diesel generator rental, sales and service business founded in 2011 and headquartered in Pune.
The registered address, GSTIN and contact details are shown at the top of this page.
By browsing this site or sending an enquiry through it, you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use the site — you can always reach us by phone or email instead.
These terms cover the website only
These are website terms. They are not the commercial terms of any rental, sale, AMC or project. If you rent a DG set from us, buy one, or hold a service contract, that relationship is governed by your signed quotation, work order or contract — not by this page. Where anything here differs from a signed document, the signed document wins.
The site is for information and enquiry — nothing here is an offer
Everything published on this site is there to help you understand your options and to start a conversation. None of it is an offer capable of acceptance, and none of it binds us until it appears in a signed document.
| What you see on the site | What it is | When it becomes binding |
|---|---|---|
| Genset specifications and data tables | Transcribed from manufacturer spec sheets, published for planning | When the specification is restated in a signed quotation or work order |
| Rate bands or pricing indications, where shown | Indicative only; excludes GST, fuel, DEF and transport unless stated | When priced in a signed quotation |
| Service standards — for example the 4–6 hour breakdown response, the 95% uptime guarantee, or 250–300 hour B-check intervals | Published indicative service standards | Contractual only via the work order or AMC contract that adopts them |
| Availability, fleet size and delivery timelines | A snapshot that changes with deployments | When committed in a signed quotation or work order |
| Reply-time promises (“Reply within 4 working hours. Engineered offer within 24 hours.”) | A service intention we hold ourselves to, not a contractual deadline | — |
If a page carries an obvious error — a misprinted rating, a wrong price band — we may correct it, and the error does not bind us.
Calculators and guides are planning aids
The tools on this site (such as the kVA load calculator and the DG exhaust stack height calculator) and the guides in our resources section are planning aids. They help you arrive at a sensible starting point before you talk to an engineer. They are not engineering certification, statutory compliance advice or legal advice, and their outputs should not be the sole basis for equipment purchase, installation or regulatory filings. Final sizing, installation design and compliance sign-off always need a site-specific assessment. The disclaimer page covers this in detail.
Acceptable use
Use the site the way an honest visitor would. Specifically, you agree not to:
- use the site for any unlawful purpose;
- submit false, misleading or third-party information through the enquiry form, or use it to send spam or marketing to us;
- attempt to defeat the anti-spam protections on our forms;
- scrape, bulk-download or crawl the site at rates that degrade it for others (ordinary search-engine indexing and reasonable individual use are fine);
- probe, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the services behind it;
- republish substantial parts of the site as your own.
We may block traffic or refuse enquiries that break these rules.
Intellectual property
The content we created for this site — text, page design, photographs of our fleet and sites, our compilation and presentation of specification data, calculators and video — belongs to Power Solutions. You may view, print and share pages for your own evaluation and internal business use, with attribution. You may not republish our content commercially without written permission.
Trademarks and brand names of other companies appear on this site for identification only. The relationships we actually hold are exactly these three:
| Name or mark | Our relationship | Scope, as stated on this site |
|---|---|---|
| Cummins Powerica | Associate Dealer | New Cummins DG sets 15–2750 kVA across Maharashtra, Goa, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh |
| Vertiv Energy India | Authorised Service Provider | Pan-India multi-brand DG service and AMC |
| JLL India | Registered Service Provider | AMC for JLL-managed facilities, Pan-India |
All other marks — including Cummins itself, Kirloskar and other genset brands named in comparison guides, and client names in project references — belong to their respective owners. Their appearance here identifies equipment we work on or work we have done; it does not imply any affiliation, endorsement or sponsorship beyond the three relationships listed above.
External links
Some pages link to external sites — regulators, manufacturers, standards bodies, directories. We link to them because they are useful, but we don’t control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or how they handle your data. A link is not an endorsement.
Our liability for site content
We publish in good faith and we review pages — our guides, compliance pages and legal pages carry a “last reviewed” date — but the site is general information, not advice for your specific situation. In plain terms:
- We are not liable for loss caused by relying on indicative site content — specifications, rate bands, service standards, availability, calculator outputs — instead of a signed quotation or work order.
- We are not liable for the site being temporarily unavailable, or for content on external sites we link to.
- Where we do have a signed contract with you, our liability under it is governed by that contract, not by this page.
- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Indian law.
Changes to the site and to these terms
We may change, move or withdraw site content at any time — fleet, pricing and regulation all move, and the site follows. We may also update these terms; when we do, the updated version is published on this page with a new “last reviewed” date (shown above). Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the current version. If you’d like to know what changed, ask us.
Governing law and courts
These terms, and your use of this website, are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from the website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
